马博,男,副教授,毕业于中国药科大学 药物代谢动力学博士

主要研究方向:代谢组学,药物代谢动力学,药理学,体内药物分析。

主要研究领域包括:

1.基于代谢组学的疾病生物标志物探索和药物作用机理研究

本实验室自从2006年至今,完成代谢组学平台的建设和方法的应用,开展了高脂血症、高血压、肥胖、绝经后骨质疏松症、糖尿病肾病、胃癌、卵巢癌、少弱精子症等疾病生物标志物探索、发现和确证;并将此技术应用于银杏叶提取物,果糖二磷酸锶,冬凌草甲素等药效学评价和作用机制的研究,已发表SCI文章数十篇。

2.药物体内外ADME过程的研究与评价技术平台;

2.1 建立了LC-MS/MS, GC-MS, HPLC等现代分析仪器的体内药物检测及验证技术体系。在此基础上,两年内完成了愈美缓释片、非诺贝特胆碱盐缓释片、酮咯酸氨丁三醇喷雾剂,多潘立酮,尼美舒利颗粒剂,硝苯地平缓释片,头孢呋辛酯,阿仑膦酸钠等药物的临床前和临床生物等效性评价及注册;

2.2 成功复制了CYP450微粒体温孵, 离体肝灌流, Caco-2细胞模型等技术平台,开展多个新化合物及制剂的体内外吸收动力学,代谢物鉴定,代谢稳定性,代谢途径,药物-药物相互作用及其细胞内转运机制的研究;

2.3 中药多组分的体内ADME和药效物质基础的研究,已初步开展了刺五加,冬凌草,蛇床子,菟丝子等,发表多篇SCI论文。
