美国纽约州立大学布法罗分校(State University of New York at Buffalo)博士后;

中国药科大学药理学博士。

研究领域:药理学、药物动力学、代谢组学。

在基础研究领域着重于各类新药的临床前与临床的药物动力学、药效学筛选、药理学机制靶点、药效-药动学模型研究,以及骨质疏松症、高脂血症等重大疾病的代谢组学研究。尤其是代谢组学方法学及其应用的研究成果处于国内外前列。

近年来承担国家自然科学基金面上项目5项(主持3项,联合单位负责人2项);“十三五”国家重大新药创制专项1项;国家973预研项目1项;国际合作项目2项(美国纽约州立大学、美国FDA-马里兰大学);江苏省人才基金1项(抗骨质疏松一类新药的临床前研究);江苏省临床医学专项1项(骨质疏松生物标记物研究);参与国家973、省部科研项目8项。申请专利8项(3项授权)。发表学术文章约80篇(56篇被SCI收录);参与编写英文论著1部,中文著作、化工辞典各1部。

主持建立了“新利18彩票 药动药效研究与评价中心”,中心拥有药物分析、药效评价、分子生物学、细胞培养、动物实验等先进技术平台,按照国家食品药品监督管理局颁布的“药物临床试验生物样本分析实验室管理指南”的要求进行建设、管理和运行。有资质从事新药药学、临床前药物动力学、药理学以及临床药物动力学研究(一致性评价与生物等效性实验等)与新药报批工作。

近年来,与美国FDA-马里兰大学、美国纽约州立大学、美国费城儿童医院、美国爱荷华大学、新西兰奥克兰大学等国外高校院所,在代谢组学、PK-PD模型等领域开展国际课题合作。

与中国军事科学院、中国医学科学院、上海第二军医大学、上海华山医院、南京军区总院、山东鲁抗集团、南京白敬宇制药公司等几十家医药科研、企业单位合作研发,主持了碱性成纤维细胞生长因子、黄芪甲苷、磷酸二果糖锶等一类新药的药理学、药动学研究及Etanercept、银杏提取物、硝苯地平缓释片、阿斯匹林缓释片、氢可酮-氯苯那敏缓释胶囊等50多种新药的药理学、药物动力学、生物等效性研究,新药资料全部通过省局现场核查。
