李学明,男,1970年生,教授,博士生导师,现任药学院院长。兼任南京药学会常务理事、江苏省药学会药剂专委会副主任委员、中国药品监督管理研究会药品包材与辅料专委会委员,兼任国家药品审评中心药品审评专家、国家高新技术企业审评专家等。被评为江苏省青蓝工程优秀青年骨干教师,南京市有突出贡献中青年专家。多年来一直从事药剂学、药物动力学、药用高分子材料学等方面的教学科研工作,主要研究方向为:新型递药系统、缓控释制剂、生物医学新材料等。主持或承担了国家重大新药创制、国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金等多项国家和省部级项目,以及多项企业合作课题。发表学术论文100余篇,获得发明专利授权16项。指导的研究生曾获挑战杯全国大学生课外学术科技作品二等奖,指导的本科生曾获江苏省优秀毕业论文一等奖。2012年及2015年两度在国家药品审评中心担任外聘专家从事药品技术审评工作。20157-20167月在美国密歇根大学药学院做访问学者。
