2002年7月中科院上海应用物理研究所核分析开放实验室博士毕业。
2002年9月---2004年12月,在清华大学微电子学研究所从事博士后研究工作,研究方向为SiGe材料,应变Si材料的UHVCD制备及SiGe HBTs集成电路工艺的研究。
2005年10月入职新利18彩票 材料科学与工程学院,从事功能薄膜材料的制备及性能的科研工作。
2016年1月-7月,英国谢菲尔德大学访学交流。
