长期专注宽频微波毫米波功能材料研发工程化及其应用主要研究方向1、高性能微波陶瓷、高频电子玻璃玻璃/陶瓷复合材料研发及元器件设计;2、特种工程树脂改性及其复合功能性无机材料金属化宽频基板3、射频混合集成电路芯片封装新材料及其应用

成果获国防科技进步二等奖、江苏省科技二等奖、中石化技术发明一等奖。
